EWMI implemented the USAID-funded Ukraine Accounting Reform Project under a 3-year subcontract with Chemonics International. The objective of UARP was to combine a public/private strategy to set standards and promote financial accounting practices that approach international standards and practices.

Since the conflict began in late February, Russia’s war against Ukraine has had a devastating humanitarian impact, security implications, and economic consequences that have reverberated throughout the region and the world.
