The CCEP program worked to increase the efficiency and transparency of court processes in Croatia.  The project put the topic of active case management (ACM) high on the agenda of three pilot courts in Zagreb, and some ACM tools promoted by EWMI were included in reforms to the Civil Procedure Code that were adopted in July 2022.
