Programs In Armenia

The Advancing Comprehensive Anti-Corruption Reforms program, funded by the Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, will contribute to strengthening Armenia’s ability to prevent, fight, and reduce corruption through increased transparency and accountability of governing institutions.
From 1999-2000, EWMI supported the adoption of international accounting and auditing standards in Armenia and the implementation of these standards by Armenian enterprises through the USAID-funded Armenian Accounting Reform Program. Under a subcontract with Sibley International, EWMI’s consultants developed a training program based on the internationally recognized Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) syllabus for international and national certification and licensing.
