The Data Literacy Collaboration Project aimed to the improve public access to critical information by helping the independent journalists in the Cambodia produce investigative news stories that maximize audience engagement and to build an investigative reporter network in that could effectively cover important issues of public interest. The project worked to develop the capacity of members of the Cambodian journalist network by equipping them with up-to-date investigative reporting skills and effective digital content production and distribution techniques through a study on the consumption practices of Cambodia’s online audience, trainings, and the implementation of investigative projects.
